'In the right time-zone for 1st comment!' by Akely Submitted on 2008-06-09 07:39:41 CST AoC:
"Accidental Breast Reduction". Awesomely funny! I can just hear Little Timmy screaming 'MOM! They've stolen my boobies!'
EQ2:
It would be VERY interesting to see the numbers of people responding to this, and the percentage of people who stay after the two months.
Turbine:
I just LOVE it when you explain stuff, Brent! I sure thought they was handed 40 mil to play with. Also interesting to hear that TW is now a player in the Turbine team. And with Bilbo being an upcoming movie project one can only speculate how that will be tied into LoTRO... if at all.
Letter - Not That Sexy Podcast Voice:
Legend Jimi Hendrix postponed his career because he thought his voice was crap. There is a message here: let it rip, greatness will follow!
Letter - Andrew:
Try any and everything with a free trial. If at all possible try to get some people to be your in-game Guide so you do not spend time getting the basics sorted. There are Guilds that do this.
Letter - Me!:
Thanks for thinking about and working on the session problem. The bug you talk about I've had once or twice. And just as you I have nothing on it. It's just wierd.
Also thanks for the kind words. To kind, I fear. None of my real-life friends would know it was me you where talking about. Including my wide.
Coolness to hear there are EQ2 stuff in the pipeline. /brenden_yay
'Tabula Rasa' by Belo Submitted on 2008-06-09 19:51:07 CST I’ve been playing TR since beta, and I think it’s a great game. However, I don’t think it ever “out hyped†games like Warhammer and Conan, and maybe even LOTRO. This probably hurt the launch, but I do believe everyone might be over reacting a bit at this point, TR is still a very young game. What it needs now is some positive publicity – all this negativity isn’t helping anyone. It's surely a solid game, and like CoH/V, it just needs time to find it's audience.

'2 little Nit picks' by CindyL Submitted on 2008-06-10 15:31:10 CST Great show as always, I only have two little things to disagree with.
-Tabula Rasa's launch was ok, but I don't think it was smoother then LotrO. I played at the OP of Tabula and there were many obvious bugs and glitches, which is fine. But then I logged in a month ago, and the same glitches I had seen as well as quest typos where still present... O.o
-FFXI graphics are awesome, But there are NOT awesome out of the box, you need to tweek the background to a higher resolution by running REGEDIT in your computer. This drastically turns FFXI into a smooth looking game with great textures. *thumbs up*
CoX and Guild Wars do need to be tried by every MMO player at least once. /nod
'Perfect .....' by Inde Submitted on 2008-06-11 18:45:56 CST Reason it was perfect
I started it when moving out my driveway to the office and it finished as I parked the car and kept me fully entertained and informed all the way to work. What more can you ask for? Another one for the way home would have been nice :)
