No Prisoners, No Mercy Host: Julie Whitefeather & Frances Kosac There comes a time, friends, when your favorite MMO ceases to sparkle, when even new videogames lose their luster, and the computer room becomes a prison; and all that is left are two gamers (who happen to be nuns) with a very large axe to grind. Come join Julie Whitefeather and Frances Kosac as they go to War - and along the way discuss the events of the week in the MMO industry.

I am glad you enjoyed the show. I apologize for show 50 taking so long to edit. We had to wait for all of the schedules to work together inasmuch as we had two developers as guests on the show: Bill Roper and R.W. Harper. It should be out of editing soon. In the mean time, we also have syp from Biobreak as a guest for show 51 (already recorded)

'...' by Token Submitted on 2009-11-30 16:46:11 CST There have been some long 'tails' of dead air on a few shows recently, I don't know if that's itunes messing up or an editing problem. Anyway I've purchased Fallen Earth and will be exploring it tonight.
'Welcome to the Apocalypse' by Julie Submitted on 2009-11-30 17:18:41 CST @ Token.
Thanks for the heads up. I will keep an eye on the end of the shows. We keep the editing pretty tight on our shows (thats why they take so long to edit). You are probably right about the source of problem. This may, however, be on purpose. I have noticed a tendency on some files to cut short if there is not a bit of extra space at the end.
And welcome to the apocalypse. Online I go by the name "Auntie Maim" and am part of The Older Gamers.

'edits' by Token Submitted on 2009-11-30 18:07:36 CST I don't know if this could be deliberate. My copy of show 49 off itunes ends with Glory be to god at 1 Hour 56 seconds. There is a further 18 minutes 15 seconds of silence. It doesn't bother me, just thought you would want to know.
'Generic Post Title' by Julie Submitted on 2009-11-30 18:49:06 CST @ Token:
Now the 18 minutes I am not sure about. Emma Loydd's "Glory be to God" is indeed the end, and audio trademark of each show. I guess this is like the "missing minutes" during the Nixon years. Thanks.

'"Oh Sh*t"' by Terminal Submitted on 2009-11-30 23:36:59 CST As instructed my Sister Fran, I had to post that as I'm a listener that doesn't (usually) post anything.
Sorry to hear that Juile has left Eve, yes there are a few arsehats in the game but you shouldn't let them win ;-). At least (last?) CCP have gotten rid of the Freeform Contracts that caused a few "Mad as Hell" moments on the show.
'I never listen to the No Prisioners, No Mercy podcast.' by Checksix Submitted on 2009-12-04 15:01:30 CST ;P Much love to you and keep up the good work ladies!
'Huh?' by Julie Submitted on 2009-12-04 15:49:01 CST @Checksix:
So...you are telling us that you never listen to us but you want us to keep up the good work? Is this your way of telling us that our show irritates you like a rub down with a wire brush but keep on doing it? Is this because you are a masochist? Or perhaps you are worried that if we did do our podcast differently that you might be tempted or even forced to listen to it?
Well if all that is the case than make sure you don't listen to our big anniversary show number 50: Two hours of show with Bill Roper and R.W. Harper. The show should be through the editing process by the end of the day.

'nt' by Token Submitted on 2009-12-04 16:53:38 CST Well now that all of my political essays are finished for the year I have more time to dedicate to flaming podcasters, I wish there were more of them about to flame.
'Heh' by Checksix Submitted on 2009-12-05 03:23:09 CST I won't listen to #50 either! Can't wait till it comes out.
'Show 50' by Julie Submitted on 2009-12-07 13:00:54 CST Hello everyone (especially Checksix). Show 50, our big anniversary show is available for "not listening" if you want the early edition. The annivsary show has been uploaded and (depending on Brent's schedule) should be available on itunes soon.
This week we have two industry guests.
Bill Roper from Cryptic Studios and Champions online
and R.W. Harper from Lorewriter.com and...well he tells us if we tell you where he is a Senior Producer he has to kill us.
