A new eight plus minute prologue trailer for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn was released today showing players what happened to the survivors at the end of the original FFXIV. Called "A New Beginning" the cinematic trailer recaps the final battle with the new footage beginning at the 5:36 mark. You can watch the full trailer below.
